Barrell Bourbon Batch 010 is a straight bourbon distilled in Indiana, aged in Michigan, and bottled in Kentucky. This sourced bourbon was made with a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley and aged for 8 years in American white oak barrels. It is bottled at cask strength of 61% ABV.

Nose has nice notes of cedar, mint , and citrus soap . In the palate has very nice cedar , oak , toffee and cream soda . Nice soft oily mourhfeel and the proof offers a medium length finish . Glad its indiana juice only to get a better feel how their blends with Tennessee affects their blends
Excellent pour. The higher proof gives a nice warm feeling on the mouth and slightly in the chest! Mint flavors follow me with this. First on the nose, then at the first portion of the mouth. I get a strong orange zest similar to another review, as well as subtle nutmeg.
Spearmint on the nose, and soap. Interesting palate... minty, with nutmeg, other baking spices, orange zest, some cedar, leather, and cola. Ends with pleasant bitterness. This is complex, and smooth for the proof, almost no hug. Niiiiiice. 5/27/18
