Batch Spirits is a small, family run distillery based in Burley, England. The distillery produces batches no larger than 25 litres (6.6 gallons) at one time. Their Premium Gin (aka Signature Gin) expression is made with 12 botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, cinnamon bark, frankincense, myrrh, orange peel, nutmeg, lemongrass, cardamom, cloves and allspice berries. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
