Color is absent, fully clear. Nose of juniper and subtle cinnamon, faint citrus notes. Sipping straight reveals a pleasant sweetness, with the nutmeg and cinnamon showing well following an initial very mild juniper. Every few sips a nice note of lemon flashes through. Very clean dry finish. Biggest flaw: doesn't stand up well at all to tonic. 1.5 oz sample disappeared in 4.5 oz of basic mild tonic water. Rather disappointing considering the nice spice-centric flavor profile and claims to be bursting with flavor.

A crisp, True Estate Gin by the Chase distillery located in Herefordshire, Great Britain. It has an aromatic birth with notes of juniper & nutmeg; while a full & dry life adds more juniper, green apple, blood & lemon that led to a refreshing death of medium length.
