Bath Gin is made by the Bath Gin Company, which is based at the Canary Gin Bar in Bath, England. The distillery is currently building its own micro-distillery, which would be the first gin distillery in Bath in over 250 years. Bath Gin is made with 10 botanicals: juniper, cubeb berries, lemon peel, angelica root, cardamom, licorice, wormwood, kaffa lime leaf, burnt orange peel, and cassia bark. The botanicals are added to the base spirit and distilled to produce the final product. This "gin of a different persuasion" is bottled at 40% ABV.

A balanced, English gin from The Bath Gin Company which was born from the folks at the Canary Gin Bar on Queen Street. Their Bath Gin features a selection of 10 botanicals: Cassia Bark, Lemon Peel, Burnt Orange Peel, Cubeb Berry, Licorice, Cardamom, Angelica Root, Wormwood, Kaffir Lime Leaf, as well as the necessary Juniper Berry, for a smooth finish. And yes, that is Jane Austen giving you a cheeky wink on the label. February 2018
