This is not your grandfather's gin.... The fresh strawberry aromas and flavors are quite distinct so it's challenging to place this in a classic cocktail therefore I created one of my own - "Strawberry Limetini" - 3.75 oz Beefeater Pink | .75 oz Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth | .5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice | add all ingredients to a shaker with ice | stir & strain into a cocktail glass | garnish with a lime twist
About this bottle
Created by Master Distiller Desmond Payne, Pink Strawberry uses the standard Beefeater London Dry Gin as a base with natural strawberry flavor added post-distillation. This was introduced first to twelve countries in March 2018, including the UK & Spain, with additional countries to follow shortly after. In October 2018, Beefeater Pink Strawberry launched in the US. Note: This product originally launched with the shorter Beefeater Pink name, but the name changed along with the packaging while the product remained the same.

easy drinking with soda. not too sweet but has an after taste of flavorless syrup somehow. not bad but not really worth the price for the taste, as I could get the same thing with a cheap flavored vodka
Sickly sweet stench of artificial strawberry, still prevalent on taste but not enough to cover the cheapness of gin behind it
It was a bit too sweet for me but it mixes well and has a strong yet gentle flavor
A bit too sweet but works very well in a lime heavy gin and tonic.
