This was finished in casks, which have previously contained a chocolate spirit, created from more than 200 kilos of dark cocoa pods from Sao Tomé, finely selected by Jean-Philippe Darcis. It is limited to 1000 bottles. The dark chocolate influence definitely shows itself in the nose and on the palate. Feels like one you would have to be in the mood for and wouldn't sip all the time, since the chocolate is very prominent, but I enjoyed it.
