About this bottle
Launched in 2010 in the US, Unfiltered is distilled from 100% Polish Dankowskie Diamond rye. It is distilled using a four column-still process. The rye used comes from a single-estate and is "Baker's grade". Additionally, as the name suggests, it is not filtered. Bottled at 40% ABV.
