BENDT No. 5

Many reviews on total wine and similar app say “Smooth”. Well yeah, its very light, nothing funky, bitey, or offensive, so if you like your whiskey to be like a bottled high ball. Then this is your whiskey. Or maybe you’re just a beginner and thats Ok, we all start somewhere. The nose is light alcohol, and apple. That’s about it. If you can pick out caramel, vanilla or other notes then you’re pretty good or imaginative. The taste is well water with a touch of whiskey. You know it’s whiskey, but that’s about it. It’s definitely not bad. Ive had bad and this ain’t it. It’s just a very light clean tasting whiskey.

👃: strong fruit and vanilla notes - reminds me of ambrosia 👅: the palate is significantly different from the nose, with oily and pepper notes and just the slightest hint of smoke 🏁: the pepper lingers in the finish, joined by leather and charcoal

Nice buget whiskey. Nose - vanilla and honey. Pallet - honey, slight spice, very friendly.

Smell - wheat, corn, syrupy/sugary smell notes. Taste - corn, sweet, spice aftertaste

Nose: sweet, grassy, caramel Palate:brine, bitters, leather Finish: peppery, charcoal

It's just middle of the road for me. Not bad. Not great.
