Benromach Sassicaia 2012-2020

Peat, red wine and milk chocolate play nice on the nose. Sweet red wine entry on the creamy palate which turns spicy as it’s held. There’s some peat, caramel and milk chocolate notes too. Finish is short and sweet.

Needs more age to round out the heavy drying wood notes and balance the wine cask.
