Vanilla and honey notes, malty barley and a little bit of Smokiness nice on the rocks
Benromach Distillery is the smallest in Speyside, only operated by 2 employees. After a 15-year hiatus, they started distilling again in 1998 and this was the first whisky they produced. This lightly peated whisky is split into two different types of casks as it matures, 80% goes in to ex-bourbon barrels while the rest is aged in sherry butts.
