Mr Phong82 4.3

(Happy hour price)

Take your time, add water and you will be richly rewarded! Complex and interesting. Young, fresh, and bold. Nose is sweet, smoky, briny with some herbaceous notes. On the palate, dark chocolate with sea salt, cinnamon, peppery, oaky. Even with water added still packs a punch. Mouth coating and medium to long finish with pleasant mocha notes. An integrity malt with lots of character. Don’t try if you’re only into smooth blends. :)

Not this specific bottling. Nose: caramel? Sherry is definitely there. Smells a bit like bourbon? Body: lots of sherry, strong body lots of taste, peat is less prominent Finish: burns moderately, medium long, Want more peat for this.

Nose - sweet, caramel notes with a hint of smoke. Palate - full, oily mouthfeel. Spicy arrival with fruity flavour. Finish - medium with subtle peat and funky medicinal herbs. Very interesting!
