Big Gin McCarthy's Single Barrel is a barrel-aged gin made by Captive Spirits Distilling in Seattle. Using the brand's Big Gin London Dry Gin as a base, it rests for 18 months in former McCarthy's Oregon Single Malt Whiskey casks. This single malt whiskey is distilled a Clear Creek Distilling and uses 100% Scottish peated malted barley and Oregon oak in its production. Only 46 cases produced and availability is limited to Hood River and Captive Spirits tasting rooms.
