Distilled in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, which has "Pennsylvania's Best Tasting Water" according to the Pennsylvania Rural Water Association Conference, this 100% wheat whiskey comes in at 85 proof. The distillery is located in a historic building that used to house a matchbook company and is currently working toward certification as the first LEED certified distillery in the United States.
