Bison Ridge 8 year. Canadian whisky that is imported then bottled in Minesota by prestige Wine and Spirits Group. ABV: 40%. Aroma: very faint sweetness, some ethanol, no good. Taste: Sweetness rotating from up front to back end, minor barrel notes, some astringency. Some odd/off flavors. Very smooth. The 8 year taste very immature, definitely not worth the price. Cost: $21.99 plus tax. Grade: C-

Nutty. for the money you can get more pleasure with older aged Canadian whiskey ! This one pleased me very much! Ireland out and want to find it again! Originally purchased at Sid’s in Bloomington MN
Would conpare to regular Crown Royal or Pendalton. Nothing special, but a nice cheap "mixing" whiskey.
For the price $14.99 this is actually a fairly smooth whiskey.
Hard to believe this is 8 years old
