Black Cow Vodka
About this bottle
First introduced in 2012, Black Cow is the creation of dairy farmer Jason Barber. Produced in south west of England, the milk from Barber's grass-grazing dairy cows is used in its production. More specifically, it is the whey from the cow's milk to which yeast is added to ferment into a "beer" (the curds are used to create cheddar cheese). This vodka is triple filtered and bottled at 40% ABV.

👃 - A clean crack of black pepper chases notes of white chocolate and a twang of citrus 👅 - The same character on the nose carries to the palate but with the added creaminess of the milk and a long, unfortunately harsh layer of spice that doesn't want to dissipate 🏁 - Lingering spice accompanies white chocolate and a final slither of strawberry
This is great neat and chilled. I taste a touch of cream with a light sweetness. Little to no burn. Delicious for a straight neutral vodka. Already ordered my second bottle for reserves. No plans to mix.
Lovely smooth, light and creamy vodka. This is one to be enjoyed neat - no mixer required. Best served chilled.
very easy to drink and almost tasteless.. which has it's benefits
has a slight creamy feel to it but it's very subtle
