Blue Fish Distillery Pikes Peak Clear

The nose of this shine is sweet and sugary with notes of molasses, apple, and kiwi fruit, with a hint of earthiness. The taste is also sweet, reminiscent of stevia, tangy cake frosting, and lemon. The finish is mellow and warm. It’s simple and sweet; could use more time in a barrel, but very good for a shine. Cheers!
