Nose: caramel, stewed apples, vanilla icing Palate: more muted than the nose with the vanilla taking the forefront, almost like a pound cake. Finish: quick, with vanilla and fruit sticking around. Overall a very pleasant, enjoyable sipper with a silky mouthfeel
