Boë Violet Gin

It's a smidge juice like. Smells like dishsoap or the bar of handsoap an older aunt may keep in the guest bathroom . Initially, it was interesting, 2 sips in and it got old very quickly. Soapy, sweet. Tried neat and with tonic, no thanks, not for me.

Parma violet sweets. A lovely smell, flavour and taste. A bit of ice or tonic to lighten the strength but the taste shines through.
