Daffy's Gin is a small batch gin, created with grain spirit from northern France. Daffy's is distilled on a copper pot-still and made with eight botanicals -- Lebanese mint, juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, cassia bark, and orris root. The bottle design comes from Robert McGinnis, famous for his work on James Bond and Matt Helm film posters, as well as Breakfast at Tiffany's. Daffy is a Dickensian nickname for gin.
