Nose: cherry, oak, caramel, little mint, just a hint of barrel smoke, sweetness carries the day on the nose. Body: medium to full Palate: oooh that first sip neat is good. Packs a lot of flavor in that 108 proof. Caramel, salted caramel, oak the sweetness on the nose is muted on the palate by for me came through more on the back palate before giving way to the smoke In the finish. The mint on the nose is no where to be found on the palate. It’s a little dry which is more an observation than a critique, just leaves your mouth watering. But over all this is an big oaky caramelly sweet nosing whiskey Finish: is long and smokey oak. My favorite kind of finish. Note: this is really good. Lots of big bold flavor. This is just a real good bourbon. Lots of flavor, leaves nothing to the imagination nice flavor profile, nice long smokey finish. Super good

On the nose there's leather, cherry, char, and unmistakable ethanol. On the palate it's flavorful but the heat begins building immediately. It's rich with cherry and cocoa nibs, but while you're trying to take in these flavors the heat smacks you in the face and starts a very long finish. I'd say it definitely needs an ice cube to balance it out.

DEppers 4.5

Light fine cherry on the nose. Simply a pleasant Oakley roundness with a clean alcohol that comes with it’s 108 proof at a modest age. Flavor matches the nose. Very nice continued cherry oakeyness with a long finish. Just an enjoyable pour with a long finish. An overall pleasant oily mouth feel. Nice overall bourbon.

Happy to crack this open finally. Tried neat. On the nares its sweet with bold vanilla and notes of oak and mint. On the palate it’s spicy with notes of vanilla, salted caramel, oak, strong mint… spearmint to be exact. I think more mint than I prefer 🤔. Other notes of cocoa, char, toast.

Nose: Oak, cherry, burnt sugar, caramel, stone fruit. Palate: Oak, vanilla, tannins, spice, slight fruity note. Overall: Excellent, complex nose. Long finish. Classic tasting notes but elevated. Highly reccomend
