Really good stuff. Made from partially fermented grape juice, fortified and infused with local herbs. Currants, flowers, sweet spices and dried citrus peel with a nice touch of sweetness balanced by fantastic acidity. Makes it a lively and well balanced Aperitif. Could be great in cocktails that need a gentler and fresher Amaro.

It's fine, but not quite what i was expecting. Has a nice quinine presence but is overwhelmingly red vermouth-y with a slight almost balsamic presence. I was expecting something lighter and fruitier (like Cocchi Americano, which I much prefer).
A more refreshing and relaxed amaro/apéritif than some of its gentiane brethren. It’s lighter and best consumed cold. It mixes really well with soda water as well as in any cocktail calling for a slightly sweeter, gentler amaro.
French aperitif. Bitter from cinchona/quinine and gentian. Fortified red wine base, and herbal. Good in cocktails calling for a lighter hand than sweeter and more biter amari.
Had in a mixed drink at Husk in Charleston SC. Adds a nice layer of taste. Want to experiment with some more.
