Boulder Spirits Bourbon Sherry Cask Finish

First impression: younger bourbon. A lot more vanilla (frosting), fig, and maybe a little grass on the nose. Def picking up the tang of Sherry. Citrus, white fruit, candied sugar and vanilla for flavor. Sweet, sugary aftertaste. Prefer over the straight bourbon.

The Sherry cask adds a level of complexity that the normal bourbon is missing. Also helps smooth out the overall profile.
