This one features a peated single malt that is matured for at least 10 years in a selection of Spanish oak sherry hogsheads and casks that lend a dark color and intense flavor profile.

More peaty than most Bowmores. On the nose there’s Dark Chocolate and an inkling of Orange Peel and light Smoke, much like a small stove-top grill The dark chocolate is subdued on the palate, more caramel, and hints of Sea Salt Finish is Salted Caramel, much shorter than desired
