I like this one a lot but not including much detail about flavor profiles, notes, and finish because as of right now, my Bourbon/Whiskey pallet is still pretty underdeveloped with more than 50 tracked tastings, but less than 100 as of 2022. (That's not all consumed, just all appreciated outside of shots and mixers)

Bright flavor, tons of barely and fermentation coming through. Graham cracker, little bit of caramel and honey. Interesting blend, a little sweet and a little light. Flavors are interesting and stand out but lacks depth.
If you REALLY like oak, this may be for you. Fantastic on the nose, so much vanilla. On the palette, it’s like licking the inside of the barrel. The oak dominates. I had high hopes and was left disappointed.
Very good neat. Light spice, medium body, flavors are light oak, easy cherry/vanilla, caramel. FInish is smooth w lingering spice. It's a real good every day drinker for sure. I enjoy it
Boulder Beer & Liquor Emporium store pick. Solid offering from Colorado! It reminds me of a less interesting Four Roses Small Batch. The bottle gets better as you go.
Solid bourbon! Thoughtful Christmas gift from our dear friend Sarah. Smooth, slightly spicy rye flavor balances well with vanilla, caramel, and oak blend.
