Bridgetown Rum
About this bottle
Portland-based House Spirits has spent a decade making a name for themselves in the craft spirits business. Although best known for Aviation Gin and Westward Whiskey, they also make other spirits such as aquavit, vodka, and rum. Their Bridgetown Rum is a collaboration with Seattle bartender Erik Carlson, targeting a mixing rum with elements of Jamaican, Barbados, and Martinique rums. It’s double-distilled in pot-stills and aged between three and six months in ex-whiskey and new-char American oak.
