About this bottle
England’s Bristol Classic Rum company scours the globe for exceptional offerings, finishes their aging process in-house, and then discloses their provenance, making them must-buys for rum aficionados. This rum originates from the Port Mourant still at Demerara Distillery in Guyana. This still is unique within the rum world--a double pot-still made of Green Heartwood, which creates massively heavy, full bodied rums. It’s aged for approximately nine years in American oak barrels and finished for two years in large, ex-port barrels known as “port pipes.”
