Broadslab Distillery Flue-Cured Single Barrel Small Batch #6

Method: Small pour in a Glen glass. Rested for 15 min. Nose: The initial nose is pretty hot. Got definitely get the aroma of oak, spices, and some hints of fruit. Palate: Earthy, woody tones up front. Then a nice cinnamon note in the middle and a caramel finish. All in all, a good pour!

I am from NC, so I was excited to try some local bourbon. The two bourbons I have disliked the most have came from NC. 1712 and now this one.
