Appearance: Light amber, apple juice. Nose: Creme brûlée is spot on, followed by oak, pecan, and then tropical fruit - mango and papaya with a hint of watermelon and salt Palate: Sweet caramel, butterscotch, toffee, a lot of strong bourbon notes Finish: Smooth and long. Warm spices, brûléed banana, and vanilla hang out for a bit.
A muted aroma at first. Marshmallow, fondant, very little spice. Juicy texture with powerful and deeply satisfying fruit! Long but single noted finish. Pillowy soft at the end.
Speechless - just amazing.
