Bruichladdich 1990/25

Beautiful balance of sticky sweet PX sherry, nutty Oloroso, berried bordeaux, and classic Bruichladdich lactic cream cheese and floral notes. I would put these somewhere in between 25 Year yellow submarine and the 1986/30 year. Nose: Raisins, Banana Cheesecake, Honey, Figs, Sultanas, Pineapples, Orange Peels, Ginger, Christmas Cakes, Plums, Lavender, Coconuts, Almonds, Blueberries, Dark Chocolate Palate: Figs, Dates, Raisins, Cherry Cola, Blueberries, Plums, Blood Oranges, Blackberries, Milk Chocolate, Violets, Lavender Finish: Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, Vanilla, Raisins, Salted Caramel, Raspberries, Lavender, Blueberries, Fig Syrup

One of, if not my favorite whiskys. Honey Christmas spice nose, smooth caramel and spice explosion with fantastic length.

Really good, lot of sherry. No peat at all.
