So much fresh strawberries and tropical fruits on this one from start to finish. Toasted coconut and grilled/charred pineapple dominate this with ripe juicy strawberries, red raspberries, and Rainier cherries to round and brighten things up. There's also this rich, oily, buttery sweet brioche nature that reminds me of those coconut and mung bean filled Chinese "cocktail buns" with the addition of that extra sweet "pineapple" topping. There's also this light bite that reminds me of when you eat a bit too much fresh pineapple.
