Bua Irish Whiskey Small Batch

Pleasantly surprised. Nice fruity, floral flavor with a hint of oak. Reminds me a lot of a cognac. Does have some bite like a young whiskey, but generally very pleased.

Nice earthy nose. A sweet caramel undertone and butterscotch. Bright body that's quite vegetal and sweet. Some celery. And some rosewater. Best Irish whiskey I've had.

Light to the nose, swert and very smooth. Slight bitter after taste.

Muscat, vanilla, caramel. Sweet and just slightly smoky
