This is a limited edition Irish whiskey that is composed of Teeling's Small Batch blended Irish whiskey, initially matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Central American rum casks. It is then finished for an additional 12 months casks that previous contained Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum.

Nose: Roasted and fresh pineapple with hints of muscovado sugar. It takes some swirling to get the full aroma Palate: Quite creamy in texture. Some citrusy notes. A lighter caramelised pineapple. Finish: Less of the pineapple and more brown sugar. Light oak.
Clear notes of pineapple in the smell, taste is thoroughly a teeling, smooth whiskey, only to have the pineapple rum notes wash at the end to linger on your pallet. 100% would buy again.

Bitter pineapple, fruity bitter orange. Slightly oily, interesting but not loving it
