Buffalo Distilling Co. Golden Grain

The nose starts out subtle, but as it breathes it opens up with oak, vanilla, brown sugar, black pepper and a hint of rye. The palate is mouth coating and buttery, with baking spices, brown butter, rye, vanilla, oak and molasses. The finish is medium length and pleasantly dries up with fading rye spiciness and nuttiness.
