My wife likes to make alcoholic root beer floats so while I typically get irish cream liqueur, I saw this and figured I would give this a try. The nose features chocolate and ethanol, not too overpowering but you can tell it's there. The palate is sweet and creamy, with butterscotch, vanilla and cinnamon notes. The finish is smooth and as to be expected leaves no burn. I think I prefer the Five Farms over this but it's still a very good cream liqueur. In an alcoholic root beer float it was amazing, so while I rated this a touch lower than the five farms, both are great and superior to Baileys.

Great stuff, Buffalo trace sells it for $20 simular to Bailey's Irish cream. I make my coffee with a pour over at 204 degrees, great stuff. Only thing is, once I add an ounce or two to my coffee and the heat releases the alcohol or most of it and you're left with a more creamer but some alcohol might be there but really good. Or add to root beer or ice cream.
I added this to my coffee on Thanksgiving morning not knowing what to expect. I’m pleased to say thah ot complemented the coffee in superb way. Love this for a holiday morning drink! I will be doing this again for Christmas morning. For tasting notes, as expected, its sweet, creamy, and a delicious addition in place of a creamer or milk.
A rich Dairy Liqueur crafted with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon & cream. It has an aromatic birth of cream, spices & Kentucky Straight Bourbon; while a rich & full life adds notes of butterscotch & vanilla; that led to a balanced death of medium length.
Light chocolate color, soft aroma, 70 proof made with Buffalo Trace bourbon and cream. Very smooth taste very sweet with no spice or burn and a very soft finish. The uses of this bourbon are practically unlimited, for cooking in coffee, and on and on.
Rich creamy taste, notes of coffee and the bourbon adds a little backbone without overwhelming. The sweetness pairs well with the cream, adding more depth than other cream liquors. Yum.
