Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon (Fountain Inn ABC Single Barrel Select)

Just getting into bourbon, 1st time trying Buffalo Trace since my college days... Nose: Caramel/Toffee, red apple, soft vanilla, some ginger/spiciness, not overly oaky Taste/Finish: so smooth...my new favorite everyday sipper

Robust boozy oaken vanilla, cleaned leather, with hints of peppermint, cinnamon, & ginger nose, a full body of cinnamon/peppermint/ginger, banana, & caramel, thick viscous mouthfeel, with a spicy spikey vanilla oak finish.
