Bull Run Barrel Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey 12-Year-Old Cognac Finish Single Barrel Select (2019 Release) 62.8 % ABV. It is an intense, Straight Bourbon Whiskey, by the Bull Run Distillery in Oregon. It was distilled & barreled in June of 2006 with a mash bill of 68% corm, 21% rye & 11% barley; rested an additional 24 months in Cognac barrels; before being bottled at 125 proof. It has a rich & bold birth with notes of dried fruits, vanilla & baking spices; while a rich & spicy life adds notes of grain, caramel & smoke; that led to a long, bold & warming death with a hint of honey.
