On the nose: sweet and fruity like a chinotto. I get orange and grapefruit peel. On the palate: tastes like candy. Grapefruit and chamomile dominate, mild mild bitterness. Too sweet for my liking but it does make it nice and approachable.

Bully Boy Amaro is made using a base of neutral grain spirit and rum along with 26 botanicals. Some of these botanicals include coriander, grapefruit peel, fig, orange blossom, orange peel, rhubarb root, Szechuan peppercorn and hops (Amarillo, Cascade, Citra, and Galaxy). It's bottled at 58 proof.
