Bunnahabhain 2004 Pedro Ximenez 15yo

Smells like an actual stick of butter. One of the clearest and strongest aromas I've ever seen in a whiskey. Lots of sediment. Flavor is butterscotch and some sort of mild Christmas spice. Powerful body compared to the flavors, a little disjointed but both individually excellent.

Great richness and complexity with characteristic px sweetness.
