Distillery : Bunnahabhain Bottler : Signatory Vintage (SV) Bottling serie : Cask Strength Collection Vintage : 17.03.2009 Bottled : 03.06.2020 Stated Age : 11 years old Casktype : 1st Fill Sherry Butt Strength : 68.6 % Vol. 🌑향 : 코의 온도를 높이는 듯한 높은 알코올과 더불어 레드프루트, 꿀의 진득함이 조화롭습니다. 고도수라 기본적인 얼얼함이 있다보니 깊은 곳에 숨겨있는 향을 꺼내기가 쉽지 않습니다. 끈적끈적하면서도 꽃향도 좀 나는게 의외로 복합적입니다. 🌗맛 : 꿀물이 1차로 차분하게 들어오는데 마치 태풍의 눈처럼 잠시 조용해집니다. 이후 별의 폭파처럼 우쾅쾅쾅 하며 거대한 초콜릿과 쉐리밤이 밀려옵니다. 도수가 거진 70%에 육박하기 때문에 입안에 오래 머금지 못하지만, 쉐리폭탄의 위력이 아주 강력해 입안을 완전히 다른 세상으로 바꿔버립니다. 이후 여러 맛들을 찾기보다는, 그저 '맛있다' 하나의 단어로 수렴됩니다. 🌕피니쉬 : 강력한 초콜릿 노트와 더불어 꿀, 당밀, 오크, 견과류, 바닐라 등의 달콤한 류의 맛들만 밀려지나갑니다. 피니쉬도 길어서 1차가 지나가고 나면, 이내 쌉쌀한 오크향이 은은하게 남습니다. 🌎한줄평 : *올 상반기 주니어급(?) 숙성 중 best of best *빨리 시음을 마치고, 남은 술을 디저트와 함께 편안히 즐기고 싶은 욕구를 자극

Its ok. It’s def bunna at cask strength but i expected more richness and not just higher abv burn. This is my first tasting of the sample do i will come back to it after oxidation in a few months to see if it opens up. If it doesn’t this is inferior to very inferior to bunna 18 to the point where i have no interest in getting it again. Is it that I don’t like Signatory? I haven’t tried enough of their bottlings to know. Would bunna’s own cask strength 12 yr bottling fare better?

It’s ok after some time in the sample bottle oxidizing. Less sherry notes than the bunna 12 cask strength, less fruity flavor in general. A nice bbq meat note in the background though
