Initial release was light on the Oregon Oak notes but the most recent bottles have clearly spent more time. Robust tobacco, plums, candied fruit and damp wood. Seems to have come into it's final form and it's delicious.

Everything about this is textbook bourbon (in a good way) with less caramel and more malt and barely. Cereal grains dominate with the vanilla and oak, medium body, finishes clean.
Had a smooth sweet-like start and then had a slight burn as it went down. Then you slightly taste the oak on the finish. Not bad at all.
Red hots. Full and yummy.
