Butcher's Bourbon

Huge disappointment for a 12 yo. Very astringent nose and palette. Don’t be fooled by fact it’s a 12yo. Pass this by. Easily the worst (and youngest) tasting 10+ yo I’ve tried. Threw first glass away to try something else. Not worth price.

Got it for Christmas almost a year ago. One of my favorites in my collection. So smooth

Grass smell. Earthy soil middle with grass finish. Weak start.

Not too complex but a solid sipper!
