Buzzard's Roost Toasted American Oak Straight Bourbon
About this bottle
This release from independent bottler & blender Buzzard's Roost begins with a blend of 4 and 5 year-old double-barreled bourbon sourced from Indiana's MGP Distillery. Two different bourbon mash bills are represented here: 59% corn, 36% rye, 5% malted barley and 74% corn, 21% rye, 5% malted barley. The blended bourbon was then finished in a toasted American oak barrel before bottling at 105 proof. Only 530 cases are available beginning July 2022. This bourbon is one of two bottlings released to celebrate the brand's 3rd anniversary.
