Bywater Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Nose is pretty fruity, maybe pear and wheat. Taste definitely has lots of floral notes like wheat and licorice. Not particularly smooth. Finish has honey, but it also a little bitter, like an overbrewed tea with honey. Finish has moderate finish.

Wheat and barley dominate the show here, I like it better than the Bywater Four Grain. Spice and tannins, interesting almost bitter flavor. Great character, great body, well done.
