Mamajuana is a traditional liqueur, believed to be a cure-all aphrodisiac, native to the Dominican Republic. This version from Brooklyn's Cacao Prieto Distillery is a rum infused with a chock-full of spices like anamu, anis estrellado, bohuco pega palo, albahaca, canelilla, bojuco caro, marabeli, whole clove, agave leaves, timacle, Brazil wood, cinnamon, and ginger.
