About this bottle

Exhibiting a mid-caramel color derived from barrel aging, the molasses and cane sugar--based spirit has been twice distilled in a reflux still with an optional double column that can be variously configured. The final spirit is infused with pineapple, coconut, vanilla and other spices.

Taste tested. Very potent, a little goes a long way with this by comparison to any other rum I've had. More fruit taste than the more typical spiced rums which is why I don't care for it personally. Personally recommend their other flavored rums. High shelf quality; high shelf price. A brand highly recommended for rum afficianados to explore.
