Siesta Key Beer Barrel Finished Spiced Rum is made in collaboration with local brewers. Each batch is aged in unique beer barrels from local breweries. Each release is limited and available almost exclusively through the Drum Circle Distillery tasting room. This review was based on batch three which used beer casks from JDub's Cherry Ale.
