The review that was done on this rum leads you to believe that this is a good rum to mix with Dr. Pepper. As I always use Dr. Pepper instead of Coke in my cocktails, since it's the only soda I keep around the house, I disagree. There is an overpowering "grape drink" flavor that I just can't get over. And it is a very sweet rum, but artificially sweet, with a weird fake sugar aftertaste.
