Reasonable sweetness with an undertone of peach. Whipped cream hint on the nose. Light burn at the end although I wished for a little more bite. Easy sipping.

About this bottle
Created by Ansley Coale of Craft Distillers in California and Richard Braastad, cellar master of Tiffon, the largest family-owned producer of cognac, Maison Surrenne is a cognac brand made exclusively for the US market. This bottling is from their Ancienne Distillery using 100% Petite Champagne grapes. No artificial-coloring, caramel, or boisé (essentially, a reduction of boiled wood) is ever used in their products.
