Cachaça Alambique do Jeca Prata

The Alambique do Jeca is located in the city of Itatiba in the state of São Paulo. The label informs that cachaça has been produced since 1958 but the producer's Instagram doesn't bring much information about the cachaça and I couldn't find a website. The cachaça does not pass through wood but rests for a few months, I presune, in stainless steel tanks. Notes: Clear and bright, alcoholic, slightly burning, light herbal touch, medium persistence.
