Unfortunately, I didn't find much information about the cachaça or the producer on the internet. The still responsible for the cachaça is called Salicana and is located in the famous Salinas region, in the state of Minas Gerais. Salinas is one of the Cachaça Origin Indications certified in Brazil. Sensory analysis: pale yellow color, aromatic, woody, anise, fennel, fennel, vegetal touch, alcohol present but integrated, low acidity, medium finish.
